Se envió rápido. Yo estaba acostumbrada a las que venian con una cinta adesiva metàlica y un cartón para no quemarte y poderlo hacer uno solo. Estos necesitan supervisión o un espejo. Quedé perpleja de lo que sacaba al abrirlo hasta el punto de pensar que era un engaño y la cera ya venía dentro del producto. He quemado uno sin ponerlo en la oreja y no había nada dentro. Muy fuerte!

What can I Say about product and seller, package arrived in 1 month and a couple of days, well packed , candles are intact. I tried to use candles in many ways, it’s seems candles have wax inside and when you burn them it’s showing up. Didn’t remove anything from my ear, I will try more, or after a couple of weeks.
